Cooper's Mom...the Author!

Hi, I'm Jaclyn, a wife, dog mom, and huge Philadelphia sports fan! As I approached a new decade, I finally pursued my long-time dream of writing a children's book. With a degree in Early Childhood Education from Temple University and a love for children's literacy, I was inspired by my dog, Cooper. His heartwarming antics fueled my debut book, Courageous Cooper. Through his adventures, I hope to teach kids about bravery, loyalty, and friendship. I believe the most important lesson in life is to never give up, and this is closely tied to the essence of bravery. Courageous Cooper is a heartfelt project that blends my passion for storytelling with my love for Cooper! Enjoy!

School Visits!

We are now scheduling author visits for the 2024-2025 school year for grades K-2. Our program highlights lessons around overcoming fear and leaning into helpful tools such as music and positive affirmations. The 45-60 minute program gives a behind the scenes on Cooper, how the book was created, and more. The program will wrap with an author read aloud. Teachers will also be provided with a few sheets from our Courageous Cooper Activity Book via pdf.
